1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 lb pork tenderloin (I used bone-in pork chops)
1/4 cup Sweet Red Chili Sauce
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp Sriracha sauce
1 large ripe mango, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped
1-2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp minced jalepeño, seeds removed and diced
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1. For the salsa, combine all the ingredients in a bowl, season to taste with salt and pepper and refridgerate.
3. Mix garlic salt and ginger in small bowl.
4. Rub evenly over pork.
5. Place pork on the preheated grill.
7. While the pork chops are cooking, mix the chili sauce, honey and sriracha in small bowl (for spicier chops add more sriracha sauce).
